As an important part of the excellent Chinese traditional culture,the local culture has great inheritance value both in giving the local people a sense of spiritual belonging and in helping the rural revitalization.School education is the most dynamic life mechanism of culture,curriculum is an important carrier of education,therefore,the development of local culture curriculum should be the focus of attention and discussion in the process of inheriting local culture and carrying out local culture education.For rural schools with abundant local cultural resources,the development of local culture curriculum can also highlight the curriculum characteristics of rural schools,improve the curriculum development ability of rural school teachers and help rural students establish cultural self-confidence.In order to improve the attention of rural schools to the local culture curriculum and the development level of rural schools' local culture curriculum,this study attempts to make a theoretical discussion and case study on the development of rural primary school local culture curriculum.Based on the relevant literature,starting with the definition of the concept of“local culture curriculum development in rural primary schools”,this study analyses and demonstrates the theoretical basis,basic links and significance of local culture curriculum development in rural primary schools.Taking the typical case of rural primary school' s local culture curriculum development——Yangliuqing New Year pictures curriculum development of S primary school in Yangliuqing Town,Tianjin City as an example,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of Yangliuqing New Year pictures curriculum development of S primary school through questionnaire survey and interview survey.By understanding the development process of Yangliuqing New Year pictures curriculum development of S primary school and analyzing the questionnaire data,this study finds that the overall situation of Yangliuqing New Year pictures curriculum development of S primary school is good,and it performs better in the following aspects:it is highly valued by leaders,actively paid by teachers and timely guidance by inheritors;following the law of the development of students,stimulate students' love for their homeland;flexibly accessing to curriculum resources,scientifically integrating curriculum content;mining the new implied meaning of the curriculum content with the development of the times,using a variety of teaching methods comprehensively and respecting the specific situation of students,making rational evaluation of students.At the same time,S primary school still has room for further optimization and improvement in such aspects as the interaction with students' parents,the growth of teachers' development team,the improvement of hardware conditions for curriculum implementation and the diversification of evaluation subjects.This study suggests that S primary school can improve the development level of Yangliuqing New Year pictures curriculum through the following strategies:improving the participation of students' parents by promoting the diversification of parent-school cooperation;stimulating teachers'willingness to participate through two-way promotion of homesickness and decompression;enriching the curriculum content appropriately,expanding the activity space reasonably and listening to the evaluation of all parties actively,referring to the opinions of all parties scientifically.
