Xian School Football Development Present Situation And The Countermeasures

It has been two years since the "School Football Programme" carried out in the country, compared with other cities, progress of the programme in Xi'an encountered some problems. For the programme to be fully developed in Xian aiming at a comprehensive and healthy campus football, and to establish a relation between quality education and campus football, particularly under the new and changing situations in order to discovering the Football Reserve personnel from training activities, new channels of delivering those talents to an appropriate destination, the article has adopted to research the issues and the countermeasures of current development in the school football in Elementary and Middle Schools in the course of this thesis, in order to grasp the status of the school football activities development carried out in Xi'an and disentangle the suitable methods for the promotion of School Football programme in Xi'an.The article takes literature, interviews, questionnaires and other methods of mathematical statistics on the activities of domestic and international research on youth football a careful inspection and analysis, with the aid of other experts and scholars'work on the quality education, youth football, and training and development of quality football players, to finally arrive at that a comprehensive development of youth football activities can only be achieved by adhering the participation of the whole nation; through the research on target schools and its governing bodies, Management of young football athletes, coaches and parents, a conclusion that the sentiment of participating in the football activity from coaches, athletes and parents of students is low, through which the fact that the population that take part in the football activity is small is also obtained, furthermore, some school principals and coaches still cannot correctly understand football is a positive factor in building the quality education in the schools. Secondary high school and college football events has not yet commenced, regular league matches transmission system and the personnel delivering system have also not been established, and lack of quality coaches is also on the list. Finally, to accelerate the promotion of campus football activities and popularising of soccer, form a correct understanding of football with the quality school education, and improve the school football league system and a new delivery system for elite soccer talent, experience from the Xi'an table tennis could looked into.
