Along with the country to vigorously promote the development of the vocational education, the developing pace of the vocational education in rich rural area especially secondary vocational education is accelerating. While the development of vocational education is thriving, we should also clearly aware of a problem that can't be ignored:the phenomenon of students'learning-weariness in vocational schools is becoming more and more serious. This problem has not only hindered secondary vocational education to improve the quality of teaching, but also restricted the developing of secondary vocational education and affected the quality of the future workers.On the basis of learning about the domestic and foreign related research results, I took the students of Gangkou Secondary vocational School in Zhongshan, which is a typical vocational school in rich rural area, as an object of my study. After I tested the whole school students with self-made "Questionnaire on Learning Situation of students in Gangkou Secondary Vocational School" and interviewed three typical learning-wearied groups from different majors, I got the conclusions as follow:Ⅰ. Group learning-wearied psychology is very serious and universal. It is not only caused by students psychological factors but also by educational factors of secondary vocational schools.Ⅱ. Group learning-wearied psychology of secondary vocational school students has gender differences. The group learning-weariness of boys is more serious than that of girls. When we carry our group psychological intervention, we should take different modes of intervention and conductive training in order to get a better effect.Ⅲ. Group learning-wearied psychology of secondary vocational school students exists grade difference. The students'group psychological weariness of grade one is obviously more serious than that of grade two and grade three in secondary vocational school. The schools should strengthen high-school-entrance education, learning motivation training and self-confidence training, so that the students of grade one will get rid of the persecution of "learned helplessness" at an early date.Ⅳ. The students of Secondary vocational schools don't have strong study consciousness and learning capability. They generally have no good learning habits and reading habits. They mentally resist to learn and want to be away from books. They would like to inhibit the desire for learning. According to the above conclusion, this study raised seven strategies in order to solve the problems of group learning-weariness of secondary vocational school students. We have carried out some of these strategies and obtained apparent effects.
