Secondary Vocational Education, taking on the key task of cultivating millions of well -qualified workers, is an important part of senior secondary education in China and the significant basis of the social economic development. At present, the state of studying-weariness of students in secondary vocational schools is prevalent and badly. On devoting major efforts to develop vocational education has been put forward today. The author studied the state of studying-weariness of students in secondary vocational schools, aimed how to solve the problem. This thesis is based on modern educational theories, such as multiple intelligences theory, quality education theory, scholastic motivation theory, zone of proximal development theory and emotional intelligence theory, etc. In order to improve the students'maximal interests in study, to make them acclimatize to their study and life in school and be the talents needed, especially, to improve the development of the vocational education, according to the principle of difference, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, subjectivity and motivation, the author inquired into the reasons of the studying-weariness of students in secondary vocational schools and its countermeasures.The students'studying-weariness is the effect of the interactive result between the inner factor (the student himself/herself) and the outer factor. The outer factor includes the environment of family, school and society. The fact of the students'studying-weariness is that the study motivation is very weak. Correcting and overcoming the state is one comprehensive system project and a long way to go. It needs schools, social departments relative, the students and their families to try their best to work together. Countermeasures are put forward from six aspects so as to solve the problem. Six aspects are the model of teaching, the activity of"harmonious campus", teachers'occupational burnout mentality, the model of the course, teaching methodology and teaching assessment.
