This paper attempts by the new teaching theory, the author take the Wuhan City Experimental School as a unit, the implementation of teaching and learning, in order to change the traditional high school biology classroom teaching mode, improve the efficiency of classroom learning, changing students' way of learning, foster students' good study habits, for the senior middle school biological teaching new vitality, but also for the school of high school new curriculum reform explore direction. Studies have focused on how to prepare, how to use this case to carry on the teaching.This study uses literature research is the study and practice of combining method. Study of the specific content includes:through using the method of literature and questionnaire, statistical analysis, draw the school in senior high school teaching of biology teaching is feasible. In the teaching of theory on the basis of the research, design and high grade biological examples, and used for the later teaching. Through the questionnaire survey, found in teaching, students in the learning interest, learning motivation, learning initiative, autonomous learning ability, research ability, learning effects and learning habits have been greatly improved. The school implements the teaching is successful, the case study teaching in arousing the students' learning initiative, promoting the transformation of learning mode, to improve the students' participation in class, tap the potential of students, contribute to the formation of good study habits, optimize the process of teaching, improve teaching efficiency, harmonious relationship between teachers and students and classroom atmosphere plays an active role. Teaching through case study, analyze and reflect on their own teaching and learning process in the successes and failures, and to summarize how to write case and use the case teaching method of basic method and matters needing attention. Although there are many insufficient places, but I hope that through my research can provide a certain references for others.
