The main purpose of this research is through the theory of the "new creative school case" teaching mode practical application in rural grassroots high school biology teaching discussion and experimental analysis, not only to find a more suitable mode of teaching high school grassroots reality for rural high school teaching and other pedagogical biological disciplines to provide a theoretical basis and practical reference. But also for the five-year plan to teach school teaching and research theme---"to promote new learning teaching cases, to create high-efficient class" provides theoretical and practical support. Throughout the practice study, the main methods are used as follows:literature, interviews, questionnaires and experiment teaching method. This study is mainly discussed from the following aspects.First, analyze learning and teaching situation of the rural high schools that I teach. Through teaching methods and modes of interviews and questionnaires, analyze the existing problems in the teaching mode. Meanwhile the situation of rural grassroots high school students, and teachers for teaching problem solving strategies and methods should be included. And the natural conclusion can be made that the rural high school biology teaching mode has great conflict with the existing situation and threatens the quality of teaching. Thus teaching reform is imminent.Second, the "new creative school case" teaching mode needs comprehensive analysis and research. Through access to the relevant literature, with great success by teaching curriculum Dulangkou, Yangsi school, Changle Ⅱ teaching mode depth research and analysis, and on this basis, to summarize the "new creative school case" teaching mode. Theoretical basis for the "new creative school case" teaching mode has constructive theory, the quality of education theory, zone of proximal development theory, meaningful learning theory and humanistic theory." The new creative school case" teaching model focuses on developing learning interest and awareness of students. By analyzing the learning situation of teachers and teaching material to optimize the design of teaching.Relying on the "new creative school case" learning materials, pre-class independent study, group discussion, the teacher coaching doubts, and when the Church consolidate and exercises, after-school student self summary way, to improve the quality of high school biology teaching.the "new creative school case" teaching model embodies the modern educational thought, highlighting the role of teacher coaching and doubts and the dominant position of students in the teaching activities.Third, the "new creative school case" is for one semester of practice teaching under the teaching mode. Practical research through traditional teaching mode and the "new creative school case" teaching model for one semester found that students in the " new creative school case" a semester teaching mode of infection and adaptation, interest in learning the whole high school biology curriculum has been greatly improved. The midterm and final examination also reflects this kind of teaching model for grassroots rural high school biology teaching is an effective way of teaching.Finally, in conjunction with my high school teaching practice and rural grassroots reality, I proposed the problems of "new creative school case" teaching model applied in practice and analyzed them. Hoping that will provide practical lessons for improving the "new creative school case" teaching mode.
