Group consortium learning is breakthrough and complementarity for setup form of traditional teaching. It is more widely applied in classroom teaching with students' development by teachers. It is a independent, groping and cooperative learning mode in new courses innovation. It advances students to study distinctively on their own initiative by the teachers'guidance. The article contains four parts. The first patrt explains academic research of group consortium learning and its conception, intention, signification and actuality of research of group consortium learning. It also explains theory base and learning mentality research of consortium learning. The second part mainly explains effective practice of group consortium teaching with preparation, content and strategy of consortium teaching. The third part studies subjects design of group consortium teaching. The design consists of ancient poetry, writing in classical Chinese, composition and design and practice of comment and appraise lessons of examination paper. The fourth part mainly evaluates effects of group consortium learning from students'knowledge, ability, process, methods, emotion, values, results of study, atmosphere of class. The fifth explains disfigurements of group consortium learning and the corresponding countermeasure. The article integrates theory with practice. It explains basic theory of consortium learning with mind characteristic of junior high school students. It also makes anticipative and feasible design and makes practice for establishment and implement of group consortium teaching in practice. And carry out in clssroom teaching of language and literature in junior high school.
