In the elementary school mathematics textbook, teaching of " practice and comprehensive application" is a new mathematics curriculum content that was added by the "new course standard", which reflects with teaching reform, it is too depend on the narrow content of textbook to ignore other practical activity course material development; In teaching method, it is restricted to lecturing and mimetism operation, not still form some effective classroom operation mode and teaching methods; The teaching process become a mere formality and ignore validity evaluation. Therefore, the elementary school mathematics teaching effectiveness of practice activities was uspected. How to implement the teaching about the elementary school mathematics practice curriculum, and how to improving the effectiveness of mathematical practice activities? this is a realistic problem of worthy inquiry.This thesis mainly includes four parts. The first part is chapter 1,2 and 3, mainly elaborate the define of put forward of problem, domestic and international related research, mathematical practice activities definition and theoretical basis, the situation analysis about the elementary school mathematics practical activity course, and put forward some strategies to resolve the problems existing in the mathematics practical activity course.The second part of the thesis is chapter 4 and 5,.The fourth chapter introduces the practice significance, the principles and the strategies ahout the elementary school mathematics curriculum resources exploitation, effective development and effective utilization of curriculum resources to change course function is important significance.The fifth chapter introduces the theoretical basis about how to develop the elementary school mathematics school-based textbooks, the teaching goal of the school-based textbook setting and teaching content of the school-based textbook arrangement, promoting the mathematical practice activity course become a new course system with targts, plans, organized, specific teaching contents, teaching goal and local characteristics.The third part of t of the thesis is chapter 6.This part introduces three kinds of survey results, includes 3 questionnaire survey,1 experimental investigation and 3 lesson's examples research and analysis. Results show that:the elementary school mathematics practical activity course can change of teacher's role, improving teachers' teaching ability and promote the professional development of teacher.And, the elementary school mathematics practical activity course is to improve the enthus iasm of student learning and students' interesting in study, develop students' comprehensive ability, improve student's study way.The last part of the thesis is chapter 7.Combined to investigation's process and results, put forward this is an innovative investigation, and outlook a nd suggestion.
