Comprehensive practical activity is a new type of course that came into being in the new round of the basic education curriculum reform. It is a major initiative of the implementation of quality education and training students' spirit of innovation and practical abilities; it is the embodiment in the teaching field of a new educational concept and curriculum idea.However, the comprehensive practical course has been studied and put into practice for a short time only in China, so the majority of teachers faced with a lot of pressure and challenges in its implementation. Particular in the process of teaching, the teachers have no reference, nothing is available. Therefore, many schools look the comprehensive practical course as a non-essential lesson course and they neither pay enough attention nor research it. While the first-line teachers have not fully understand it and they have not receive proper guidance and assistance either and therefore they abandoned the course. Now, the correct response to the challenges of the comprehensive practical course is the imminent task of the contemporary primary school teachers.At this stage, to explore a strategy for the implementation of the comprehensive practical course, to establish a sample with great reference value, especially to develop a school-based curriculum resource suitable for the region and the characteristics of students, is a worthy and important cause.This article seeks to start from the point of view of study, to use a practical way, and to take the individuals research as the breakthrough, it strictly implements the principle of interest, the principle of life, the principle of comprehensive, practical and the teachers, students, parents "Three-in-one" principle of developing the comprehensive practical course, it searches on the planning, implementation and evaluation of the comprehensive practical courses. It makes great efforts to embody the thought of promoting student all-round development by the comprehensive practical course, to emphasize the contact of content of the course, students' life, modern society and science and technology development. It concerned about the student experience, as well as individual differences; it emphasized comprehensive, softened the limits discipline and started an interdisciplinary dialogue. In the meantime, in order to enrich the content of the course, the writer studied each block from grade three to grade six of primary schools and developed a detailed plan design and evaluation methods, and provided sufficient proposals and materials for the implementation of the course.The subject of this research has no intention to limit the comprehensive practical course to a designed plan, but to make an efforts to find a practical way to implement comprehensive practical activities course, it may not fit for every regions, every schools, I hope that it can bring some inspiration and advice to the teachers who engaged in this work, and shed some light on dynamic comprehensive practical activities course.
