Research On Emotional Quotient Cultivation Of College Students Of Economic And Management

College students are professionals who have accepted advanced education. They shoulder the important social responsibility. Today as technology and science are developing rapidly and competition is fierce, comprehensively improving the comprehensive qualities such as mentality, knowledge and abilities of college students is pivotal role in national development and social progress.In the 21st century, with social developing and quickening pace of modern life, high social pressure brings about low EQ problem such as depression, phobia and capable of violence etc. which is more and more serious. The number who have EQ problem are on the rise. So how to all-round improve the quality of college students is the primary mission of 21st century. Moreover, the developing high and positive emotion and creating the perfect personality of students are important parts of quality education. Recently, "emotional education" has received a wide concern of society. At the same time, the study of emotion quotient (EQ) raises concerns of circles of education and psychology. EQ is the core part of psychological quality and is as well as the important ability in adapting in the modern society and development of competition. Therefore, in the education consciously developing and improving EQ of college students will have a positive and far-reaching significance.Based on this, firstly the related theory about EQ Evaluation Index System of college students of economic and management; secondly depend on EQ Evaluation Index System, this paper takes questionnaire research method and made a research on the present situation of college students'EQ, and finds out some existing problems, and analyzes the causes of problems; thirdly, the targeted building training system about college students' EQ of economy, and puts forward some operable plan, make EQ education systematized and standardization. Finally, according to the EQ training of the school, the barrier measures of Quotient Cultivation of College Students of Economic and Management are proposed.
