The Survey And Study On The Training Of Hebeiwomen's Basketball Reserve Talents

The internationalization of modern competitive sports are increasingly fierce, the cultivation of reserve reserve talents concerned with the nation's competitive level, and the nation's league level should be a priority of testing national team's level. In addition, the cultivation of reserve reserve talents are supplement each other. From this, the cultivation of reserve reserve talents is necessary to the sustainable development of national competitive sports. Under the tendency of competetion sports, China sets the aim of powerful country of sport. Looking the competitive sports at home and abroad, when it comes to the situation of reserve reserve talents, basketball as an essential ball in three balls, the training issues of basketball sports are on the hazard. In many provinces, Hebei province's basketball developed well and made remarkable achievements, and the training of basketball sports influenced economy and politics of society. As the turn of planned economy to market economy, Hebei's competetion basketball was decline. From this,the main course is reserve talents went away. While the idea, model and system of cultivation have problems. Therefore, it is essential to train the basketball reserve talents, especially women's basketball reserve talents.Therefore, this paper focus on the training of Hebei's women basketball, and applies investigation, logical analysis, documentary method and mathematical statistics, and researches the current situation of the development in the whole nation basketball, and lookes ahead of youth basketball development and makes a detailed and systematic plan in future. For this problem, this paper proposes the corresponding countermeasure and advice.Through surveys and studies, the author have the following conclusions:1. In Hebei, the development of basketball has a sound mass basis and in different areas is uneven, and among them, the basketball population of Tangshan, Baoding, Xingtai, Handan and Shijiazhuang is large, and sending units take traditional sports schools as the principal thing.2. The height of reserve talents are from 166 cm to 175 cm. The training years of most players are 2 to 5, and they have sufficient training times.3. In addition, the aim of training is to an outstanding player, and parents' attitude, the literacy studies and family conditions limit players' developing to be a national champion. Many players are drained away, and most of them choose to college.4. Woman coaches are more than man coaches, and most are in young and middle-aged. Coaches have advanced thinking and rich theories, and they graduated from undergraduate course, and get technical titles. But they don't have enough experience.5. The main commucation ways are individual discussion and meeting at a regular time, the main training content is physical quality training and skill training, the selection index of players is the body shape function and basic technology assessment, and the financial resources are from school and player's payments.6. The main problems are: players went away team; high level competetion were not enough; the competetion system was not complete; training expense was insufficient and sole; parents' attitude set back player's training.7. The solution about Hebei women's basketball's cultivation: emphasis on the construction of Hebei women's basketball, and rank the development of Hebei women's basketball team as key sports construction events; place young women's basketball's construction properly in different areas, and narrow the differences between different areas; improve the ability of coaches, and build a team with sufficient members and strong skills; establish a unified and orderly competitive mechanism, and implement the cooperation model of “integration of sports and education”; diversify the source of funding, and provide favorable conditions with teenagers joining basketball sports.
