For the education itself, it is such a process, in which man is made to be a true man by knowing something real. At the same time, the adult education is the key section of the whole education system. We do hope that we can offer such kind of education to more adults in our nation, by which, not only the adult students can learn something new and useful, but also the adult teachers could improve themselves. In other words, the teachers must be learning while teaching. Only in this way, can they do a better job in this field in the future.The community college of America is a milestone in the American education developing. It is obvious that we can learn a lot form its improvement.As an important part of the education study system, the career developing of adult teachers has been paid much attention to by most experts in the fields.
