With the popular use of Internet, more and more people make the most of Internet for learning, reading, chatting and making friends, which shows that Internet enriches our human's life. However, the internet leads to challenges and difficulties. The misuse or the overuse negatively affect people's moral development,people's study, people's word and people's psychology. All the problems are named Internet Addiction or Internet Dependency. The subject is widely being explored by psychology, pedagogy, sociology, medicine and other disciplines.The study chooses 2600 clinical students as subjects from Sichuan North Medical College, Chengdu Medical College and Luzhou Medical College. The study was designed to test Sichuan medical college students'family education style and internet addiction by adolescent Revised Chinese Internet Addiction Scale (CIAS).and EMBU Scale. This paper is aimed to reveal the current situation and interrelationship of medical students'family education and internet addiction with a purpose of providing a new perspective for medical college students'internet addiction correction. The results are as following:1.There is no significant relation between father's occupation between and medical college students' internet addiction,,no relation between family's accommodation and medical college students' internet addiction.2.It shows significant correlation between mother' and father's graduation degree and medical college students'internet addiction, significant correlation between family' income and medical college students'internet addiction. Lower mother's graduation degree is, easier medical college student is to become abandoned in internet addiction. Higher father's graduation degree is, easier medical college student is to become abandoned in internet addiction. Higher family's income is, higher the ratio of medical college students'internet addiction is.3.There is significant relation between father's teaching style and medical college students' internet addiction.4.There is significant relation between mother's teaching style and medical college students' internet addiction.5.It also shows significant correlation between the absence of parent-child relationship and medical college students'internet addiction.
