With the continuous reform,optimization and development of secondary vocational education in the new era,it is the arduous responsibility of secondary vocational schools to cultivate high-quality talents with high skills and socialist core values for the society.Faced with the practical problems of lack of responsibility,innovation consciousness and relatively low professional quality of secondary vocational students at this stage,the class management of secondary vocational school education management plays a role in promoting the realization of education quality management.Therefore,it is analyzed from the perspective of students.It is necessary to study the management mode of secondary vocational class.In order to better meet the needs of the development of social talents and create a good atmosphere of students’ autonomy,initiative and creativity for the class management of secondary vocational schools,the concept and perspective of "student-oriented" is the inevitable trend and correct choice of secondary vocational education in the new era.Therefore,this article explores the management mode of secondary vocational classes based on the perspective of students.This paper analyzes and interprets the relevant theoretical basis and background from the perspective of "student-oriented" by reviewing and sorting out relevant Chinese and foreign literature on class management in secondary vocational schools.Through interviews and further compiling a questionnaire on the status quo of class management in secondary vocational schools from the perspective of students,it is found that the problems of class management in secondary vocational schools include lack of student-oriented awareness,insufficient preparation of class teachers,vague class role positioning,class The management dilemma of lagging management methods.The research results show that the four aspects of the evaluation of the index system,namely,the concept of class management,the main body status of students,the ability preparation of the class teacher,and the method of class management have a significant impact on the effect of student-oriented class management.Combining the author’s work experience,this study starts from the perspective of "student-oriented",analyzes the three aspects of students’ autonomy,initiative and creativity in participating in class management,and follows the theory of people-oriented management and management by objectives.According to the current situation of class management in secondary vocational schools,corresponding strategies are put forward to achieve the healthy development of students and promote good results in class management.In a theoretical sense,this study draws on the theoretical basis of predecessors,and conducts induction and enrichment work to prevent students from passively accepting school management and accepting the influence of traditional educational management concepts and models,which is conducive to further enriching society with Chinese characteristics in the new era the "people-oriented" scientific development concept.The practical significance lies not only in conforming to the development and needs of the times,but also in exploring and solving some practical problems of secondary vocational students participating in class management,and making efforts to promote the students’ comprehensive,healthy,individual,active and creative sustainable development.As a modern education,"student-oriented" class management meets the requirements of all-round development of secondary vocational students.It breaks through traditional knowledge education and further deepens developmental education,and should be vigorously promoted.
