Education comes first on the long term of lasting importance so cultivating talents is mainly the responsibility of teachers. Students mean the future and hope of our country, so enhancing and improving the quality of students and their moral cultivation has positive significance for the nation. While teaching and educating, it is not possible to separate"teaching"from"education". They must be considered as a whole."Incorporating moral education into the teaching content and teaching process"is the sacred mission of literature for teachers, and exploring how to implement moral education for students in specific subjects in the teaching practice is an important and essential work.Based on this understanding, the author of this paper—who has been teaching English in rural high school for many years, utilizing years of her experience, carries out a study on how to integrate the moral teaching in the course of English teaching, with reference to the psychological features of students. It is aimed at exploring an effective way, which can both enhance moral education and can improve English teaching quality, infiltrating moral educating into English teaching naturally and imperceptibly. Through this, it is believed that students can improve moral awareness, cultivate moral character, exercise moral will and form moral behavior. The paper also explores an effective way for the rural high school to strengthen the moral education through English teaching while developing the various talents.
