On Moral Education Infiltration Through Senior English Teaching

As an important part of school education, moral education runs through the entire process of school education. For the purpose of the development of students, the modern English teaching pays special attention to students’moral education, and takes moral education as an integral part of Senior English teaching. This paper takes the relative teaching theory and the Standard of Senior English, and the documents of the Ministry of Education on "all the high school must inosculate moral education into Senior English teaching" as both the guide and the theoretical basis. It studies how to carry on moral education in the way of infiltration through the process of imparting English language knowledge, fostering English language knowledge and communicative abilities.Meanwhile, based on the concrete conditions of Senior English teaching today and Senior English teaching experience of the writer, the writer analyses the present condition, necessity and practicability of moral education infiltration through Senior English teaching, discourses moral function of Senior English. In view of existing situation, the writer discusses the main contents, principles and methods on moral education infiltration through Senior English teaching, for the purpose of seeking an effective way to enhance moral education infiltration through Senior English teaching and playing a positive role in training excellent students.
