The lecture of Sixiang Daode Xiuyang Yu Falvjichu is very important part of the ideological and political theoretical courses in colleges, it plays a key role in the growth and success of college students, however the teaching effect of the class is always not so ideal .Learning community is a new form of teaching in the lecture of Sixiang Daode Xiuyang Yu Falvjichu, which is different from the traditional teaching methods, but there is few studies on whether this approach is really work and how it works. The method of theory-based evaluation is introduced into our research, by steps of the program theory structure, program evaluation design, impact and process evaluation, and finally program theory verification.This thesis consists of six parts. In the first chapter, the question was raised. In the second chapter, the author reviewed researches at home and abroad on the question. In the third chapter, the program theory and problems to solve was defined. In the fourth chapter, plan of program evaluation was formed. The following fifth chapter, in which evaluation on learning community of the lecture of Sixiang Daode Xiuyang Yu Falvjichu was carried out and the finding was obtained using quantitative and qualitative methods, is the main body of the research. Finally the sixth chapter was the conclusion and discussion of the research, in this part the author reviewed the whole process of the research, discussed the finding and its great significance to reality, meanwhile pointing out the innovations and insufficiency of the research, on this basis the author estimated the direction of the research in future.
