The Study Of Building The Teachers Training System Of A Professional School Based On The Double Loop Learning Theory

After 30 years of reform and opening up in china,the vocational education has made a magor breakthrough and the modern vocational education system has been set up preliminarily and has made much contribution to our society. Since the fifteen plan,our county pay much more attention to the vocational education, made it as strategic focus of our education system.A Vocational School is facing the good time for developing,also it is facing the challenges produced by the economic development and the demand diversity of the more students.At this time training system of the school has been revealed much problems,such as imperfect training systrm, lacking of good training method,not fully considering the teachers' professional development, without a good environment of transformaing the knowledge.
