Education is the foundation of the development of Chinese society,and teacher plays a very important role in education.The construction of the Double-Qualified teacher teams is a key factor in the promotion of education quality and the cultivation of high-level talents,it is also the foundation for the distinctive and innovative development of vocational colleges.Meanwhile,the construction of teacher team system is particular important for the vocational colleges to meet the demand of the cultivation of high-level talents.To explore the role and function of the system in promoting the construction of teacher teams,to innovate the specific systems on Double-Qualified teacher teams,and to construct the security system on Double-Qualified teacher teams which reveals Chinese characteristic,are essential issues in solving the problem which restrict the construction of Double-Qualified teacher teams of higher vocational colleges both in China and in Hunan Province.The thesis studied the current situation of the system construction of Double-Qualified teacher teams in China and analyzed the experience from foreign countries on the system construction of teacher trams in vocational education using the documentation method,comparative method and case study method.Particularly,the thesis focus on the analysis of the basic situation and problems of the Double-Qualified teacher system construction in Hunan province.Then,the thesis put forward some specific strategies on the system construction of DoubleQualified teacher teams.The thesis includes 6 parts.The former part is the introduction,this part explained the reason forselecting this topic,the research significance,the literature review and the research objects and methods.The first chapter analyzed three stages of the system construction of Double-Qualified teacher teams,namely,the preliminary exploration stage,the initially formation stage,and the deeply development stage,the author also analyzed the characteristics of each stage.The second chapter mainly analyzed the basic situation and results of the system construction of Double-Qualified teacher teams taking Hunan Province as an example.The third chapter discussed some dominating problems in the system construction of Double-Qualified teacher teams in higher vocational college in Hunan Province,such as the deficient qualifications system,the deviant fostering orientation and the deficient evaluation system.The forth chapter studied the effective experience on the vocational teachers' training and the teachers' system construction from USA,the United Kingdom,Germany and Australia,to inspire the system construction of the Double-Qualified teacher in Hunan Province.The fifth chapter part came up with some specific strategies to the system construction of Double-Qualified teacher teams correspondingly to the weakpoint of the system construction in Hunan Province.The thesis mainly focus on the the access system,the training system and the evaluation system of the Double-Qualified teacher teams construction.
