University logistics is a special form of social enterprises, which has the basic attributes of institutions, but it takes use of enterprise operation mechanism. As a result, conflict between them occurs in its own. At the same time, University logistics should not only be responsible economic entities, but also be qualified moral subject. So the process of human resources management of University logistics is the one of moral practice.As the core content of university logistics management, it is very necessary and possible to do research on ethics issues of human resources management itself because of its nature of the work and particularity of the management services object. The article has made an all-round examination of ethics issues of human resources management of University logistics, especially from practical aspects, in order to effectively solve and deal with ethical problems of the human resources management of university logistics. This article is divided into three parts.The first part does research on ethics issues of human resources management of university logistics from the aspects of the research findings on ethics issues of human resources management and ethical demands of human resources management of University logistics. The current research findings on ethics issues of human resources management mainly include the relationship between ethics and human resources management, the ethical goal and direction of human resources management, the basic ethical principles of human resources management and the basic ethical path to the realization of human resources management. The ethical demands of human resources management of University logistics have explored the necessity and urgency of ethics in human resources management of university logistics from the development and feature of human resources management of university logistics.The second part mainly focuses on the study of the general condition, existing problem, and the influence factors of ethics issues of human resources management of university logistics from the perspective of practice. It takes use of the method of the questionnaire survey, interview and case analysis. The four basic ethical principles of human resources management are regarded as the common observation index in the survey, and property ownership and benefit attribution of the feature of the universities is introduced as the characteristic indexes. The data sources are based on the questionnaire survey of 470 staff of 9 University Logistics in the province. At the same time, according to the actual work experience, a wide range of research visits have been carried out, a large amount of raw material is accumulated, and question is classified with the combination of observation index, thus forming a perceptual material source. Then, the cause of formation of the ethics issues is deeply analyzed, combining with the actual situation.On the base of the previous analysis, the third part proposes ethical targets of human resources management of university logistics, tries to Establish the thinking path from three aspects: the integrity of individual ethics, the construction of organizational ethics and the combination of individual and organizational aspects and makes efforts to seek solutions to deal with the ethical issues in the human resources management of university logistics, in order to achieve the standardized, humanized and moralized operation of the human resources management of university logistics.It is very difficult to solve the ethical conflicts in human resource management of university logistics. However, with the guidance of governments and people from all walks of life in the society, as well as the positive reaction of the universities and its logistics, the human resource management will definitely get out of ethical conflicts, and get the ethical conflicts solved well. The improvement of ethics level of human resource management of university logistics will win the comparative advantages for university logistics in our country, to make the university logistics develop harmoniously in the positive interaction with persons.
