Normalization Management Of Routine Work For College Counselors

This paper intends to arrange routine work of college counselors (RWCC) by straightening out some routine works that can be developed with normalization. The object is to construct a tree-style system of RWCC which will be as the main contents of normalization management, and finally realize it.After literature research, a initial tree-style system of RWCC is conceived. Then a survey is spread within the whole campus of Nanchang University. Through investigation and analysis, possibility and feasibility of RWCC normalization are validated, the tree-style system is perfected, and normalization realization of RWCC is designed.The research on normalization of RWCC will contribute to improvement of both work efficiency of counselors and utility of education resource, and is going to provide grounds for management level of colleges to evaluate its counselor works.Further study should be with aids of computers. It's foreseeable that normalization research of RWCC will strongly promote scientific and normalizing development of RWCC.
