The Construction Of The College Counselors' Work Methods System In New Period

Along with economic globalization and the deeper implementation of socialist market economy, our society is undergoing extensive and profound changes. Moreover, students are going through the impact of the ideological and cultural pluralism and values, which bring a lot of new challenges to the education in ideology and politics of the college students. The study on how to carry out counselors' work is an effective method to reinforce and improve the education in ideology and politics of the college students. It becomes a new and great subject in the education in ideology and politics to study up on methods system of counselor work. However, at present, the study on this field is not mature. It mainly explains the theory, subjective basis, reference knowledge and the principle of methods system construction.The forth chapter is about the inheritance and innovation of college counselor work methods in new period. It elaborates the contemporary use of traditional education methods, the innovation of college counselors in new periods and the art of using these work methods.
