Study On The Construction Of Management System Of College Counselor

College counselors are the products of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, teachers and managers of colleges and universities, and the students’ good teachers and helpful friends. With the development of the society, the existing management system of college counselors has been unable to meet the needs of the development of higher education. Through learning and understanding the development process, function changes of university counselors’management system, we know the theoretical and practical significance of college counselors’management system, so as to explore the improvement of college counselors’ management system.Taking the example from Huzhou Teachers College, the essay does the research from three aspects,"job responsibilities, the status and role of college counselors,"the management system of college counselors" and "occupation prospect of college counselors". Through the research, we find the existing problems in two aspects, i.e."job responsibility" and "management system" in this college’s management system.In view of these existing problems in the management system of college counselors, this article puts forward ways of improvement in three aspects, i.e."making perfect management system of college counselors","innovating college counselors’job function","building a incentive mechanism of college counselors", with my own thinking, In the aspect of "making perfect management system of college counselors", we should combine three kinds of management modes, i.e."vertical management","flat management mode", and "flexible management"; and we should innovate counselors’ job functions by working as a "network" and "team"; the essay mainly puts forward five points in "how to build the incentive construction of college counselors:"implement of counselors’ access system","perfecting the training system","implementation of counselors’rank system","strengthening the counselors’transferring system","emphasizing the combination of material and spiritual incentive".
