The Objects Of University Education-the Conflict And Harmonization Of Bringing Up Talents And Manufacturing Objects

University is a unique institution of the creation of humanity,which has a long history and has played an important role in the development process of human society. With the advent of knowledge economic era, university has ascend from the periphery of social development to the center and become axis institution of the society. Training qualified personnel is one funtion of the university,and has become a hot topic in the area of higher education research. Examined through the relationships of university-government and university-market, we can find out that America university choose the market mechanisms with the manufacture of government indirectly,which make the university has a certain autonomy. Under the coordination of democratic politics and market mechanisms, the hierarchical stratification of higher education system is improved, which make university maintain balance between government and market.Part four is the enlightenment to the university development in our country from the research of development in American universities.
