Since the 1990s, teachers' professional identity has become a focus of academic circles. Teachers' professional identity refers to the recognition and accretion of teacher, the necessary basic skills with professional accomplishment and objective evaluation and thinking about profession. Teachers' professional identity is not only the combination of teachers'education study and teacher professional identity, the pursuit of teachers' occupational specialization but also is the goal of teachers education study.The value and the view of themselves teachers hold will directly affect the working conditions of the working conditions and the professional development. Teachers in rural area especially in minority regions of China play an important role in the teacher team. Whether they recognize and accept what they do or not and whether they would like devote to working or not affect not only teachers' professional development, but also affects the stability and foundation of rural teachers'education quality. This research will be based on minority areas, and take the countryside junior middle school teacher's survival as the breakthrough point. It investigates junior middle school teacher's professional identity status in the countryside of ethnic minority areas and at the same time it clears the various factors which affect professional identity through empirical survey research methods.Research result shows that the overall professional identity level of junior middle school teachers in the countryside of minority areas is pretty good. there are differences in education, income, teaching subjects in the teachers' professional identity; There is difference in vocational ability, the career expectations between male and female teachers significantly; There are significantly different recognition between the teachers of different ages, titles, positions; There are significantly different professional emotions between the teachers of different income levels; There are significant different career expectations between the teachers of different school ages, income. There is a close relation between teachers' professional identity and influencing factors, among which interpersonal relationship, personal factors, survival status and school management are the key factors which influence teachers' professional identity.According to the conclusion of the research problem, this research puts forward a series of Suggestions that improve teachers' professional identity for reference only.
