The practice of career planning theory was initially in the form of vocational guidance. Career planning is generally refered to an individual based on a variety analysis on the subjective and objective occupational factors .Then make a clear career goal and a appropriate work plan, and follow the plan to achieve your career goal. Career planning is not just career planning,and it is of great significance for one's life. Reasonable and effective career planning is the away to successful employment for college students, but many students are lack of career planning awareness and career planning skills.At present, China have many preschool education departments which recruited some boys. But today's students different from past students. After graduation they will be pushed to the labor market, for the career choices of great freedom. The value is diversity in today's society. They may not choose to be a preschool teacher. From the survey of college graduates,the loss of preschool education departments men is serious. Why not they choose to be a preschool teacher and how they plan a career? I chose the W student as research subject, and use of narrative research method to research this investigation.After graduate from high school the W student went to be a college student in the preschool education department. His attitude of preschool education from curious to disgust. The career planning of W was in a loss during the undergraduate. The career goals had undergone several changes. He ultimately made a decision to further study. He had an clear career goal during graduate school, planning to be a university teacher. Seeing graduation, In the hesitation between work and continue to learn, he finally chose to work. After several failure college interviews, he chose to be a publishing editor. But he didn't give up to pursuit the ideal career.The last part, the author put forward the reflect about research results and the research process.
