The Montessori's Education Method is one of the relatively advanced, scientific and perfect pre-school education means in Europe and America. Over the past hundred years, It has made great achievements, its theory continuous improvement and development, and to get the world and respected circles of common plastic identification. In today's children education field, any household theory, technology, equipment etc all can follow to Montessori's research, or Montessori designed development content, Montessori's education for modern children laid a foundation.The Montessori's education method in preschool education stage is our education, especially the all-round quality of education quality education to concepts into education action process can be a good reference for preschool education method. In reference to The Montessori's education process, we should take advantage of all the best sides to make it localized. Based on the above reasons, this research mainly adopts literature analysis, case studies, observation and interview methods, taking a kindergarten in Changchun for example, selects typical three kindergarten directors, 10 Montessori's classroom teachers, and 10 parents as research interview objects. By investigating The Montessori Kindergarten basic present situation, then find its education characteristic and the course of Chinese existing problems, and provide The Montessori's kingdergardon with some feasible suggestions for The Montessori kindergarten the future development direction.Thesis mainly divided into five parts:Part1: Inductive Montessori education theory, the children, education, of teachers education main content and concept, through forms of overview enumerate comes out.Part 2: through practical investigation concluded that Montessori kindergarten education practice in the survey results, mainly including the class management characteristic; Montessori's kindergarten environmental creation and study exploitation; Three aspects of the innovation of teaching methods.Part 3: mainly through the interview to Montessori kindergarten teachers, to analyze a Montessori classroom teachers understand this kindergarten teacher and role of the professional development in the future.Part 4: inductive Montessori kindergarten parents work development condition, mainly from two aspects: the homeland of education and parents' advice.Part 5: through to Changchun automotive industry development zone as an example, a kindergarten for Montessori kindergarten education situation analysis of Montessori kindergartens and Montessori localization proposed development countermeasures.
