Since the implementation of the new high school curriculum, Shandong Province has made some remarkable results, but also accumulated a lot of valuable experience. However, there are many problems and difficulties during the specific implementation of the process, such as teaching in the modular implementation of compulsory elective courses, work to identify the more difficult credits, academic level of the test needs to be improved, the curriculum resource shortages, the college entrance examination basic proficiency test program of small differences and so on.With the implementation of the reform of basic education and promotion, high school biology curriculum has undergone profound changes. Secondary school biology teachers is a key role in the teaching process, the natural can not avoid the impact of the new curriculum. The present study show that teacher's own practice is the fundamental driving force of their professional development, teaching practice of their own teaching activities carried out to promote their professional growth of reflection is an important way. Therefore, reflective teaching high school biology teacher status of the investigation and research, has certain theoretical and practical significance.The main part of this paper is reflective teaching high school biology teachers in Liaocheng City Survey and Analysis of the survey questionnaire using the self, some form of interview to obtain information in order to service high school biology teachers Liaocheng to investigate the object. The main survey content for the current county area Liaocheng teachers reflect on high school biology status, including the status of implementation of new curriculum the school itself, school teaching reflection on the support provided by the situation, teachers reflect on their understanding of teaching, the status of implementation. In this thesis, the findings from the various dimensions of a detailed analysis, and results are given out of the question presented by a number of recommendations targeted measures to Liaocheng biology teacher as a reference.
