In 2001, the Ministry of Education of our country according to the basic spirit of《The decision of the State Council on Deepening the Reform of Education and promoting quality education》,《The decision of State Council on Basic Education Reform and Development》and《The outline of Basic Education Curriculum Reform (Trial)》, the full account of contemporary society's basic requirements in citizens' science literacy and as the development of science and technology has requirements on updating the content of the science curriculum and grades 3 to 6 and 7 to 9 students' physical and mental characteristics and development needs, summed up some of the lessons about science education over the years in China and research results concerned science education at home and abroad in recent years, taking into account the reality of our country's conditions of basic education, developed《Science (3~6 year) curriculum standards (trial version)》and《Science ( 7~9 grades) curriculum standards (trial version)》.The fall in the 38 national experimental zone of 27 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) carried out the test work of《Science》curriculum standards .In this paper, qualitative and quantitative method of combining, the main objects of study are in Junior high school science curriculum implementation the first-line implementers——science teachers and direct recipients——students. Analysis based on the survey materials of science teachers, assisted in interviews with teachers, classroom observation and other related data which got from experimental area school. Paper consists of six parts: the first part introduces the research background and origin, clear research questions; the second part describes the theoretical basis of this study and the review on《Science》curriculum implementation; the third part is about the methods of this study, implementation steps and introduction of research process; the fourth part is the core of the paper, data obtained from the study questionnaire and interview were detailed and comprehensive collation and analysis, to understand our junior high school《Science》curriculum implementation status quo provides a strong basis in fact;the fifth part points out the present problems in science curriculum implementation, and compares the present problems and existing problems of the《Science》curriculum implementation , obtains the implementation of science curriculum development and changes between years, this part is the a key part of the study;the sixth part analyzes the reasons that some problems are resolved, the reasons that some problems can't be resolved , the reasons that some new problems are generated ,to provide the teacher, the school or the Education administrative department a reference.
