Reflections on teaching and curriculum reform, quality education is the basic proposition is to enhance the teaching and research, effective way to improve the quality of teachers. Further development of the curriculum reform today, to carry out teaching reflection more practical significance.Through teaching reflection, teachers can establish a scientific theory of modern teaching, and their consciousness into new ideas for teaching action. The purpose is to improve the teachers reflect on teaching self-awareness, self-directed, self-critical ability. Reflections on the ideological and moral teaching through research, the gap between theory and practice to solve the problem, try to combine theory and practice of building a bridge.Meanwhile, the reflection theory to guide practice, and into the practice, in turn, further enhance by the test of practice theory, to improve the quality of the overall advancement of teaching. In this study, at home and abroad gathered valuable reflection on the literature of teaching materials, in-depth analysis of the international and domestic research on teaching the theory and practice of reflection to explore, demonstrate teaching junior high school classes reflect the ideological and moral necessity; according to theory and practice the principle of ideological and moral teaching in junior high school during the process of reflective teaching practice and inquiry, to obtain a preliminary understanding and form a useful experience; Finally, based on theoretical research and practical exploration of knowledge and experience gained, ideological and moral lessons for junior high school Reflections on teaching suggestions and countermeasures. In short, the purpose of this study is to reflect on the teachers through teaching a leading role in the classroom and students in the main role in the classroom organically combine theory and practice so that teachers, to link thought and action, knowledge and practice to achieve conditional the integration of knowledge, awareness of the problem of teachers and educational research capacity, thus contributing to teachers, teachers from experience the transformation of teachers to the research, which is to achieve self-development of teachers, effective way to improve their own quality. Proved in practice that the use of ideological and moral teaching of reflective teaching, ideological and moral help to promote the professional growth of teachers and improve teaching effectiveness.
