The development trend of education in the world including the 換uality Education? carrying out widely in China pays more and more attention on the principle status of students in teaching process. This kind of education respects the individual difference of students, saves the dignity of students and pays attention on individual development of students. When looking back on our past education especially the basic education system, we would find, due to the effect of 揈xam Education? mark decides everything. This system adopts 揑dentity Education? which disapproves the individuality and individual development of students. It can抰 meet the current new demands for training and providing innovating talents for society.Chinese is the foundation subject in basic education, it has unique advantage in training individuality of students. In this article, aiming at developing the individuality of students, the author made a deep research on the current situation in Chinese teaching and offered some detailed ways and methods to resolve the problems: I. Carry out the 換uality Education?in Chinese teaching with strong belief in 揑ndividuality? 2. Respect the dignity of students, create a harmony environment in teaching. 3. Apply hierarchical teaching or asynchronous teaching in accordance to individual difference of students. 4. Show your charm and teach students by personally example as well as verbal instruction. 5. Let the students become chief party in Chinese learning, bring their autonomy and individuality into play. 6. Explore the charm of teaching material, shape and enlighten the individuality of students. 7. Apply 揗icro-Chinese Teaching?method, let students contact vivid teach material in real life. 8. Change teaching method, turn the 搕alk-class?into the 搇earn-class? guide students to learn by themselves, pay attention on training their self-learning ability.
