Both teachers and students feel fatigued and frustrated facing high school composition writing. After having spent a lot of efforts with little achievements, teachers and students know that if we don't develop a set of scientific and orderly method in composition teaching and learning, we cannot extricate the students from the dilemma in which they have nothing to write, feel and comment.We need to enhance our high school students writing qualities with the guide of New Curriculum. The current writing teaching is a little random, blind and disorderly, and it is impossible to complete the tasks assigned by the New Curriculum. High school writing instruction is a method for teachers to teach students how to write, but also a process for the students how to enhance the ability to observe, imagine, express and think. In order to improve students' writing qualities, the writer has made a scientific study about the goals and contents of writing teaching on the basis of current high school Chinese Books ( Book 1-5 ) published by the People's Education Press. According to the law of physical and mental development of students, and the writing development requirements of higher education to the junior high school students, the writer designed the set of scientific and orderly writing instruction program suitable for high school students with her own many years of experience with a graduating class and the pre-study of domestic and international research on the composition teaching.The writer made many questionnaires on whether the current writing teaching is scientific and orderly to the high school Chinese teachers and students in her own school and other local schools. After that, the writer has conducted a series of experiments on writing teaching. The experiments'results are that the writing teaching becomes orderly and effective, and students become more interested in writing, and always"want to write"instead of "have to write". My students have enthusiastically participated in the essay contest with the theme of Love organized by students union and the speech contest with the theme of "What Will we be After ten Years" organized by County Youth League and achieved good results. This has fully demonstrated the scientific and orderly implementation of writing teaching is the real way to improve students'writing qualities, which shows that our research is valuable and meaningful.
