Internship has always been a kind of style that teacher education majors put acquired classroom knowledge into practical areas of work, aiming at being familiar with teaching as soon as possible and laying foundation at jobs in the future. According to Decision on Deepening Educational Reform and Comprehensively Promoting Quality Education by the State Council CPC, higher institutes of teacher in many regions in our country undertake post practice for teacher education majors. From the current situation, many institutions will support teaching in secondary schools, which is generally regarded as post practice base. From Premier Wen Jiabao's important speech on rural education at the conference of national leading group of science and education on January 4th, 2009, we can see that China's compulsory education in rural areas should focus on the most vulnerable primary education in basic education in rural areas. Through surveying and reading the related implementation methods and management practices in colleges and universities that is developing the work of student's post practice, the author discovers that implementation methods and management practice aiming at post practice in most colleges and universities are about workflow and implementation plan mainly in middle schools. Many colleges and universities neglect to lay down guiding program on post practice in remote rural areas.With explanation of the concrete definition, development process and current situation of post practice, this paper summarizes and compares the working method and experience of post practice among colleges and it also makes a comparison between senior vocational schools and normal colleges post practice. The author takes post practice of primary education majors at Baoding College at the remote primary school at Shunping County and Wangdu County in Hebei Province as an example. In the form of combination of theory and practice, using the way of investigation and comparison, the author summarizes conduct case and problems about different batches and majors teaching practice in the past few years and the employment situation and employment channels and post practice in professional schools and in normal schools and sorts out the historical process about post practice at Baoding College. The paper also gives a introduction of present stage from which summarizes a set of scientific theoretical and effective post practice methods and systems. It also analyzes the effect and problems from the aspects of both school and student seriously. Finally this paper puts forward some bold reform thoughts and trial implementation methods.Through discussion the author obtains that for rural primary schools in remote areas teaching practice can not be ignored. Their work methods should be different from other methods of post practice.
