Social Work Intervention Practice Exploration Enterpriseemployee Pressure Problem

Social development needs harmony and harmonious development requires a harmonious enterprise as the development of productive forces, an important part of promoting the harmonious development of society.Currently, the department store industry employee pressure problem also increasingly highlighted along with the rapid development of economy. If the employee pressure problem haven’t been solved timely, department store industry’s own development will suffer great resistance. Because of this, a professional enterprise in social work intervention employee pressure problem is especially urgent and urgent need. Department store industry employees faced with interpersonal tension stress and health, life work pressure problems such as conflict, enterprise social workers to "hierarchy of needs", "crisis intervention theory", "social support network theory as a guide, adhere to the win-win of professional values, through professional method, solve the problem of employee pressure and mining potential employees.This paper is dedicated to explore in the enterprise environment, with the characteristic of the mainland department team work, case method is used to conduct the thorough research to the department store employee pressure problem. This article is based on the author Z in Zhengzhou city department of internship for 5 months. The author using the method of literature investigation, questionnaire method, unstructured interview method and the author’s practical experience, make full use of professional social work methods and skills, further relieve the pressure on enterprise employees, promotes employee change life attitude and behavior habits, make further and discovered the potential of employees, contribute to employee’s personal growth. To further explore the localization of social work, specialization, and is suitable for the social work intervention mode characteristics of the local department store.
