The Study On XH Vocational College Competition Strategy

China's private higher vocational education is thriving with the deepening of opening up and the growing demand for highly skilled talents. And now it has grown to be an indispensable fresh troop in China's education system. The private higher education played a role not only in supplementing the shortage of public education but also in equal education and accumulating of educational resources.There are many problems occurred with the prosperous developing of XH Vocational College. Main show is in the following respects:First of all,faced with severe survival test.The shortage of funds and students resource are threatening the survival of private higher vocational education. The second,how could the sponsoring concept and operating school system live in the changing environment and meet the changing social demands.In recent years,with the social economic transition,the social need for talents has become stricter,such as higher professional technology, comprehensive ability,work ability,and this is a major challenge for XH Vocational College.The third, there are some other questions like the brain drain in the XH Vocational College. The end, modeling core competition ability is a question that should not be neglected. Most private higher vocational education have the same majors,the same educational system and the same level of training,so they lack of the characters that is unique and can prompt school long-term development.The article consists of seven chapters. In the first chapter,it depicts the background and significance of this thesis. In the second chapter,it introduces the basic theories of enterprise strategy.In the third chapter, it analyses the external environment of XH Vocational College from the political,economic,social,technical point. In the fourth chapter,it analyses the internal environment of XH Vocational College. In the fifth chapter,the article selects a most suitable strategy for XH Vocational College on the basis of the external and internal analysis. In the sixth chapter,it introduces the implement of the strategy which selected in above. The seventh chapter of the article is a summary of conclusions,it has an outlook of XH Vocational College development in the future at last.During the study,the author has used the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method,and this paper expounds the problems that XH Vocational College encountered,under current macroeconomic situation. Finally it concludes that the differentiation strategy is the most suitable way for XH Vocational College.
