According to the implementation plan on accelerating the transformation of independent colleges issued by the Ministry of education on May 15,2020,it is mentioned to promote the transformation of independent colleges. In this context, more and more independent colleges have completed the transfer. At the same time, the state vigorously advocates the participation of social forces in running schools, which makes it a general trend for independent colleges to become private ones.in China,Private higher education has become an vital role of the education system, which has made great progress. The government pays increasingly attention to the development of private colleges.Nowadays, the competition among them is becoming increasingly fierce, and different levels and types of them have made great efforts.Looking at the situation of private colleges,we are not optimistic. As a newly transferred private university, how to seize the opportunity and seek development after breaking away from the parent university provides us with a new research topic. This paper focuses on the transfer of Independent Colleges under provincial higher education, and explores how the newly transferred private colleges can improve themselves, carry out reform, and seek a way out in the fierce competition among them,so as to promote the development of provincial higher education in a more fair and healthy direction. The article is divided into four parts:the first part analyzes the background and sense of the competitive development of newly transferred private colleges, the relevant research,as well as the research methods. The second chapter analyzes the relevant concepts and basis of newly transferred private colleges, provincial higher education and competitive development, and points out the appropriateness of educational ecological theory and tournament theory in the development of colleges and universities. The third chapter through the investigation and research of some newly-established referred schools in Anhui Province. The fourth chapter analyzes the development disadvantages of newly transferred private colleges and universities in Anhui Province with the development Championship theory and educational ecology theory. The fifth part puts forward policy suggestions to promote the competitive development of newly transferred private colleges. The transfer progress is at the forefront of the country and is representative. As one of the provinces with superior geographical location in China,Anhui province belongs to the Yangtze River Delta. As an independent competitive subject under the educational ecosystem of Anhui Province, the newly transferred private colleges and universities have many disadvantages in the competition of colleges and universities.Their competitive development is mainly faced with three major difficulties: small policy support, low social recognition, extrusion of educational resources and other external ecological difficulties; The internal main body dilemma, such as weak teaching staff, low quality of students, shortage of school running funds and lack of competitive consciousness;School development strategy imbalance, lack of governance ability and lack of management culture. These difficulties hinder the competitive development of newly transferred private universities and inhibit their enthusiasm to participate in the competition,so it is difficult to improve their position in the ecological competition of higher education. To promote the competitive development of newly transferred private colleges,we must improve their development ecology, improve their school running level and improve their development ability,so that they can occupy a place in the increasingly fierce competition among colleges.
