| The planned economy period, becauce of the needs of economic and social development, there is a particular community type, unitary community in our country, over time, this community type developed and grew gradually, and entered its golden era in the sixties and seventies of last century; Since the eighties, China's urban community construction has experienced three stages of generating, expanding and deepening, which has become an important part of socil transformation of our country an important component of China's social transformation, and caused widespread concern of social science theorists. A long time, the research of community construction has such a predicament, that is, the development of grass-roots community self-government capacity and the formation mobilization and management mechanism of the state to grass-roots community, these two basic demands can not be well integrated.The author respectively investigated S Community and X Community in Dalian, through analysis of survey data, the following conclusions have reached:Firstly, social capital can be divided into trust and solidarity, networks, organizations, community participation, community safety, community cohesion, political participation and information exchange these eight dimensions; Secondly, there are greater differences in S Community and X Community at the community level of social capital, the overall level of social capital in S Community is higher than that of X Community; Thirdly, the various dimensions of community social capital has mutual influence, mutual restraint, and the overall level of community social capital were also subject to the background factors of investigators. Among these impact factors, "unit" is the most important factor, which promote community social capital building through establishing wider community relationships, promoting the community atmosphere of mutual, enhancing community value concept of collective action; Finally, according to the survey analysis, the author establish the basic model of unitary community construction, and gave suggestions of unitary community construction. Specifically speaking, there is accurately positioning of the role of the community mains, mobilizing the enthusiasm to construct and develop community social capital, balancing the right relations of S Community, paying attention to the cultivation of cultural values concepts and so on. |
