The Research Of Development For Chinese Urban Community From The Perspective Of Social Capital

Since reform and opening-up policy has been carried out, Chinese economic and social structure has deeply changed, including social stratum structure, urban and rural structure, regional structure, population structure and social organization structure etc. It is transforming to market-oriented structure from united one. Governmental function has taken a great change in competitive economic field and opening social field. Government has not been the only subject of social governance. Various patterns of social conformity directed by government has appeared. Non-governmental organization is one of them.Community, as the essential cell of modern urban society, is the miniature of large society. It represents the trend of development of society. In the urban community, government, inhabitants and non-governmental organization can commutate and counteract face to face. Keeping society growing healthily by cultivate non-governmental organization in urban community has become an effective way to promote society conformity, to keep society stable, to keep urban community healthily growing, to advanced society, to enlarge social democracy and to realize the social harmony.In term of social capital, non-governmental organization of community can undertake part of duty after governmental reform., which will became the bridge between the government and the inhabitants.
