Will is a psychological process which determines the purpose, according to the aim to regulation and control over their operations and overcome the difficulties in order to achieve the intended purpose. Students'will can make the learning activities start, adhere to, stop and change.Senior high school students'will is more consciousness, objective, decisiveness, toughness than junior high school. But, their self control ability is still weak, and the impulsive irresolute and hesitant still exist. And also, they lack of persistent and tolerance. But, learning content in senior high school is mainly more systemic, rational and direct experience which is more systemic, complicated and rational. The students'need more clear learning purpose and learning motivation, and better learning strategy, learning skill and learning methods and stronger learning will.Good will quality is the guarantee of students'learning success. The students who have strong willpower will immediately make viability plan, decide the factors which help achieve their goal, strive to create a environment which can help them success and overcome difficulty to implement target plan, after determining their goals until achieving their aims. But students'different character, the outlook on life, the values lead the students to pursuit different academic goal. Many reasons such as the social environment, the influence of different family environment, and ability to resist external interference may make students'will vary greatly. But on the whole, the students will take on weakening trend which is hindering the students'academic development and reduced the effectiveness of middle school education. Therefore, it is very important to study students'will in senior high school and take corresponding measures, prove its validity, urge development of students'learning and improvement the efficiency of education.There are many reasons that lead to the students'insufficient will and targeted measures differ from man to man. I adopted observation, conversations, investigation, comparison, literature retrieval method to study a representative of the senior high school students more than two years. I mainly research the following fore reasons, take corresponding measures and achieved different results. One of the reasons is that most of the students'learning motivation deficiency lead to lacking of learning will. So I study students'goal orientation, help students to achieve their goal, make feasibility study plan and supervise students'plan. Secondly, due to lack teachers'persistent encouragement and guidance, the learning will formed gradually weaken. Therefore, I study students, analyze students'advantages and disadvantages, guide students to attribute facing success or failure to promote students'development. Thirdly, students are short of interest in boring theory knowledge and the sense of achievement. So, learning branch phenomenon emerges. Based on these, I research teaching, increased the effectiveness of knowledge and classroom appeal, make students obtain achieving in learning. Therefore, I rectified the learning branch phenomenon from thought and method. Last but not least, students generally lack emotional education, the sense of responsibility and gratitude, ability to resist setback. I adopted many approaches to students'family education, thanksgiving education, setback education to cultivate students'sense of responsibility and competition.
