Normal School Teacher Professional Class Management Problems And Countermeasures

Class, the most basic education and teaching organizational units, is the most direct and also the most important group in which students living.Class education and class management, both interdependence, mutual influence. The existence of class education activities must be dependent on class management activities; the class management activity is due to the need of education activity classes generated and development. This study defines the class management for the teacher in charge, according to lead class education management rule, the class for realizing class goals that a series of function activities.At present, much of the research about the class management based education field, focus on professional class management of non-normal majors the study also is less. The author in the existing research on the basis, through the investigation and study, case study found class the problems existing in the management, and analyzing the causes and proposes solutions of the problems.The article is divided into five parts: the preface expounds this topic research background, selected topic reason, literature summary and research mentality and method. The first part, limits core concept. The second part, introduces the basic situation of the case. The third part, through investigation, interview and observation methods, found class management has the following problems: the class system construction value orientation deviation; ignore class target management; the psychological health education function class failed to effectively play; class management the lack of student career planning guidance. The fourth part, analysis the reasons which causes the issue in the non normal majors class management. The fifth part, for class management problems, by the view of promoting teacher professional development and put forward solutions to this problem.
