As our country becomes more open to foreign society, Chinese colleges and universities have paid greater attention to internationalization. Through employing foreign experts and professors, it is easier that we can learn foreign languages, advanced professional knowledge, and leading edge theories while conducting cooperative research with foreign institutions in order to improve faculties'and students'foreign language level and professional skills in relative fields. This can enhance our weak fields, help set up new majors and courses, improve universities'educational quality and scientific research. Thus, Chinese universities'fast development can be guaranteed and supported.However, as the amount of foreign faculties increases, the administration of universities foreign faculties needs us to pay greater attention to and study. Meanwhile, it is also essential to employ highly professional foreign experts. Therefore, by researching foreign faculties administration under this new situation, we can put foreign faculties in greater use in teaching and research, avoid criminal and improve their performance. The administration of foreign teachers is a subject combines education, psychology, administration, socialization and so on. Whether domestic universities can hire more excellent foreign teachers who are able to live happily, work efficiently and produce better research results will be based on how we solve those problems.This article aims at focusing on one famous economics university, solving the problems on administration of foreign teachers. Started with the introduction of features of foreign teachers including cultural backgrounds, requires and current situations, this paper lists a series of new administration methods on both advantages and disadvantages. The point of this article is to present the analyze of current system in advantages and disadvantages, the possible opportunities and the challenges of SWUFE.Finally, analyze with the management experience of foreign teachers of SWUFE, improvement suggestions are provided to solve the relevant problems on administrating foreign teachers. In many aspects like the administration management, teaching management,, performance and salary designing and standard rules, multi-culture consideration, this article provides a perfect idea.
