For the general regular institutions of higher education, the key to implement of education informational internationalize is to exert modern information technology organically and advisably in the process of teaching, and effectively control the teaching activity. Currently, developing modern education technology and the constructions of subject resources were regarded as important tasks of education facing information revolution by various countries. As the subject of education technology itself, the problem of informational internationalize of professional resources has become an important outlying topic.Literature approach, observation method, theory approach, and case research were used in this paper. Based on analyzing and summarizing a great deal of references, the actual problems which exist in conception and actuality of internationalize of educational resources in education technology were pointed out and the reason of producing and exiting of the problem were studied and analyzed within fine limits. On the basis, utilizing the educational theory, system theory and methodology is based on the study theory of multimedia technology. This proposed the principle, approach, strategy of the construction of professionally educational technique, teaching resource and information network. And in the situation of increasingly fierce competition for talent, teaching resources of education technology were enabled to meet the demands and changes of the society and the practical study of teaching technology were advanced to offer theoretic support to serving society better.
