| The Party and the state attach great importance to the development of higher education.With the promotion of the process of the conformal development of higher education and the proposal of the long-term goal of 2035,the structural adjustment of higher education faces new opportunities as well as new challenges.Scientific and reasonable structure of higher education can reflect the quality and level of higher education,which is the key to promote the development of higher education.Although there is no quantitative standard for the rationality discrimination of the structure of higher education,the optimization and adjustment of the structure of higher education can make the structure of higher education constantly rationalized.The core of the theory of dissipative structure is the process of a system moving towards order and eventually forming a dissipative structure.Therefore,the study on the structure of higher education based on the theory of dissipative structure has a high degree of fit.Firstly,this paper analyzes the similarities and differences between Jiangsu higher education structure and California higher education structure in terms of hierarchy,subject structure and layout structure,and preliminarily analyzes the potential shortcomings and problems of Jiangsu higher education structure.Then,based on the theory of dissipative structure,the entropy evaluation system of Jiangsu higher education structure system is constructed.Through data calculation and entropy flow analysis,the system evolution and evolution trend of Jiangsu higher education structure system are determined through the discrimination of dissipative structure with the help of Brussels apparatus.The data show that the structure system of higher education in Jiangsu has generally evolved in an orderly direction from 2012 to 2020.The system is in an intermediate orderly state,but no dissipative structure has been formed temporarily.At the same time,according to the Brussels-based evaluation data and the trend of order degree index line chart,it is found that Jiangsu higher education structure system has a risk trend of evolving towards the lower order direction in recent years.If we do not take active measures to optimize the structure,the structure system will be further away from the dissipative structure.The main reason and problem is that the external negative entropy flow is weakened,while the internal positive entropy flow hinders the orderly evolution of Jiangsu higher education structure system.Therefore,the subsequent optimization path mainly starts from the two aspects of increasing the external negative entropy flow and reducing the internal positive entropy flow,and artificially regulates the internal and external factors of the system to maximize the absolute value of the total negative entropy of the system,and promotes the system to evolve into an advanced and orderly direction,eventually evolving into a dissipative structure at some point in the future.Based on the realistic dilemma existing in the structure of higher education in Jiangsu province,this study,under the framework of dissipative structure theory,follows the principle of openness,the principle of collaborative development,and the principle of grasping the critical point,puts forward two aspects and six reference ways to optimize the structure,and provides suggestions for the optimization and adjustment of the structure of higher education in Jiangsu Province. |
