The transformation and upgrading of the industry and the continuous emergence of new technologies make the trend of high-end and intelligent industry more obvious,which puts forward higher requirements for the complexity and quality of technical talents.The implementation and construction of "1+X" certificate system has brought new directions and challenges to curriculum reform.As the core element of curriculum reform,the optimization of the curriculum structure can boost the curriculum reform of higher vocational colleges and help higher vocational colleges improve the quality of talent training.At present,the domestic researches on the "1+X" certificate system are mostly focused on the curriculum reform and curriculum system construction under the system,and few focused on the curriculum structure.Therefore,it is necessary and valuable to explore the optimization strategy of curriculum structure of higher vocational colleges under the "1+X" certificate system.Based on the theory of multiple intelligences,competency based theory and system science theory,this study selects three higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province,takes their nursing specialty as the research object,and uses the methods of literature research,investigation,case study and text analysis to investigate and analyze the current situation of curriculum structure in Higher Vocational colleges under the "1+X" certificate system.According to the survey results and combined with the case situation,it is found that under the "1+X" certificate system,the curriculum structure of higher vocational colleges still has the problems of homogenization of training objective positioning,generalization of curriculum objective expression,imbalance of class hour proportion,insufficient class hours of practical courses and elective courses,lack of scientificity and rationality of curriculum arrangement sequence,duplication of curriculum content,failure to organically integrate with the content of "X" vocational skill level certificate,and insufficient flexibility of curriculum implementation,the lag of information-based teaching construction,the one-sided way of curriculum evaluation and the single subject of evaluation.Based on the above problems,this study makes attribution from five levels:At the ideological level,the educational concept lags behind;At the institutional level,the management system is incomplete;At the level of teachers,the strength of "double qualified" is insufficient;At the base level,the software and hardware construction of the training base is weakened;At the implementation level,the effectiveness of the implementation subject’s participation is low.Finally,aiming at the problems and causes of the curriculum structure of higher vocational colleges under the "1 + X" certificate system,this study puts forward the optimization strategy of the curriculum structure under the "1 + X" certificate system of higher vocational colleges:First,renew educational ideas and establish training objectives;Second,implement flexible management and optimize the curriculum;Third,strengthen the construction of teachers and promote the integration of lessons and certificates;Fourth,strengthen the construction and management of training base and improve students’ real professional ability;Fifth,build a diversified curriculum evaluation system through multi-party cooperation.
