Research On The Optimization Of The Structure Of Teachers In Higher Vocational Colleges

With the development of social diversification,the dynamic changes of social occupational posts and the upgrading of industrial structure have put forward new challenges and requirements for the cultivation of talents in Higher Vocational colleges.However,due to the lack of systematic and scientific structure management of teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges for a long time,the quality of running a school in higher vocational colleges needs to be improved.It can be seen that whether the structure of teachers is reasonable or not is the key factor affecting the construction of teachers,and it is also the internal motive force to develop vocational students' professional ability in an all-round way.Generally speaking,the structure of teaching staff includes age structure,academic structure,professional title structure and professional structure.This paper is devoted to solving the problems existing in the current structure of the teaching staff from the perspective of talent structure factors,so as to provide ideas for higher vocational colleges to improve the level of talent training and meet the needs of society.In order to break through the "bottleneck" problem in the construction and development of teachers' team in Higher Vocational colleges,this paper studies the optimization of teachers' team structure in Shaanxi Communications Vocational and Technical College on the basis of previous relevant research results.The specific research ideas are as follows: "put forward problems analyze problems solve problems.First of all,through a more detailed summary of the relevant research on the structure of teachers,the paper defines the concepts involved,and expounds the previous research content.Secondly,on the basis of the corresponding theoretical basis,according to the present situation of teachers' structure in Shaanxi Communications Vocational and Technical College,this paper uses the method of questionnaire survey to study the source of the problem comprehensively,and combines the theoretical basis of structural function theory and system optimization theory of talent structure optimization to analyze the unreasonable phenomena in teachers' structure.In addition,starting from the characteristics of the structure of the teachers' contingent,to deepen the understanding of the construction of the structure of the teachers' contingent,because the structure of the teachers is a huge and complex whole,we need to look at the problem from a systematic point of view,tailor-made for Higher Vocational Colleges in line with their development path of the teachers contingent,and put forward the design principles of this optimization.And ideas.Finally,this paper analyzes and discusses how to strengthen the rational planning of the structure of teachers in Higher Vocational colleges,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to optimize the structure of teachers.We should do something from the three aspects of management concept,human resource structure of teachers and improvement of innovative internal management mode,and provide strategic,organizational,institutional and financial support for the realization of this goal,so as to achieve the goal of building a high level of innovation with both ability and moral integrity,reasonable structure and overall optimization.The quality of the faculty,for the college teaching and scientific research management to provide a solid talent base and think tank long-term goal of hard work.In a word,from the perspective of teachers' structure in Higher Vocational colleges,this paper provides theoretical and practical basis for the better construction of teachers' team in colleges,and also provides corresponding suggestions for the problems existing in the current teachers' team in order to better upgrade the quality of teachers.
