In recent years, the construction of a harmonious society became the core issues in our construction, under the background of the construction of harmonious society, social justice has been gradually became a concern of the whole society. Preschool class is the important place for children socialization, children from entering class began to adjust to the society gradually, where they began to accept mainstream values of society.Therefore, the justice-oriented class moral atmosphere in preschool is of great significance.This study adopts the approach of purposive sampling method and grabs a preschool class in Zhejiang province.The author analyzes and probes into the justice-oriented moral atmosphere of preschool class.Observation method and interview method are employed in this study.The basic dimensions of my study-"equality and liberty" basing on justice-oriented class moral atmosphere in preschool are established through interpreting the relationship among equality, liberty and justice. And under the operational definition of equality and liberty in preschool class, the author enter preschool classroom for further observation. Next, the research reflects the status of "equality and liberty" of case class through cases presenting. Separately from the class seating arrangements, children participating in class service job opportunities, children answering the questions opportunity in class teaching process, teacher processing "special behavior" in class management and teacher's informal evaluation five aspects reflect the equality condition of case class. From daily activities and game activities, the author investigates two parts investigate case class liberty situation. Through the analysis found that: preschool's cultural system and teachers'opinion of "equality" have restrained the degree of the realization of equality. Preschool class routine and teachers'power has impeded the realization of liberty in preschool class. The author put forward some suggestions and strategies to the above-mentioned problems:preschool should establish a rational institutional culture creating a atmosphere of justice; Teachers should have a reasonable perspective of equal promoting class progressing toward equality; Teachers should grasp the essence of liberty and give children "a free sky".
