Today's basketball game, is a commonly used three-point offensive weapons, it is not part of the team not hit the outside into the inside, the compelling shot selection, not patented Guard, one-third of the ball has become the development trend of world basketball.Reduce the diameter of the ring is the use of glass, steel and other materials, the diameter of the ring than the standard reduced 5CM, with this ring for three-point shooting training, the aim is to make the players shooting hand movement perception specialized fine degree of enhancement, improve the rate of three-point shot.This is the objective level of Xi'an Institute of Physical Education Sports Training 20 boys basketball team in 2008. Subjects according to three-point shooting before the experiment to sort test results, a single number for the control group, two-numbers as the experimental group. During the experiment, the control group using standard ring (diameter 45cm) for shooting practice, the experimental group with reduced diameter of the ring (diameter 40cm) were three-point shooting experimental training. This article the use of literature, expert interviews, experiment, analysis and statistics. Experimental training in accordance with the principle object of the experiment 8 weeks of experimental training. Before and after the experiment in the experimental subjects were on three-point shooting and 3 perception test target test, the experimental results were independent samples T test, by experiment the following conclusions:1. Experimental group and control group increased rate of three-point shot, and both were significantly different. Before the experiment the control group and experimental three-point shot after the rates were significantly different. The experimental group before and after the experiment in the experimental three-point shooting there was a significant difference (P<0.01).2. Experimental group and control group were the three indicators of changes in perception, in which the stability index manually and the accuracy of index finger grip has a significant difference in visual depth showed no significant difference. The reason is found, the change of visual depth indicator is a very slow process, in the limited training time to make changes in visual depth indicator is very difficult.3. The control group before and after the experiment in the experiment of the three indexes were the changes in perception, and there were no significant differences. The experimental group before and after the experiment in the experiment of the three indicators have been changed perception, in which the stability index and hand grip strength accuracy of the index finger had significant differences in visual depth showed no significant difference.4. Thus the use of narrow diameter of the ring for three-point shooting training can effectively improve the athlete's shooting ability and part perception. So, through the use of narrow diameter of the ring for three-point shooting drills to improve the three-point shooting method is feasible. Recommendations for promoting the use of narrow diameter of the ring pointers shooting training, especially for young athletes or high-level Study.
