In terms of psychological quality, requires basketball players have rapid response, superior sense of rhythm; Have good depth perception and precise ontology sense, as well as good stability, precise tactile abilities.Through consulting, sorting, analysis of relevant data, indicate that the factors influencing the basketball player shooting from the field of high and low, the sports specialized perception of fine degree is a very important factor. Excellent basketball athletes when shooting sports special perception fine degree is higher than the elite athletes, the perceptual capacity than the general athletes. Shooting from the field study, therefore, must understand the perceptions of athletes at the same time, in order to target training, improve weaknesses perceptual ability, thus improve the shooting.Variable diameter ring is made of new material, the inner diameter smaller than standard rim, used for shooting training, its purpose is to make the shooting accuracy of muscle force of movement and specialization degree of perceptual enhancement. This study tries to combine different inner diameter of the ring turns, maximize the excavate the potential of athletes psychological and physiological, improve muscle proprioception, make shooting the goal of more fine, so that the shooting athletes was improved.The research object of this article is xi’an sports college sports training level 2012 boys basketball team of 18 people. Approved by experts assess the rationality of the evaluation indexes and psychological perceptions screening, early two perceptions index test stability and skin two threshold (manual), to measure the subjects early consistency.
