With the rapid development of today’s basketball match, the competition level rises and the game becomes increasingly exciting. The intense physical confrontation and dunk and accurate shooting is to complete the attack in the last step, and it is the scoring that determines who is the winner. There are many factors affecting the rate of shooting, including psychological, physiological, behavioral accuracy and so on. Among them, the vital factor is the how fingers control the ball at the moment of shooting. In the condition of finger force under similar magnitude, finger flexibility plays an important role in shooting. Theoretically speaking, finger flexibility will increase or prolong the ball out hard time increased force on the ball time ball in hands isolated instantaneous angular velocity, which is an essential factor to improve the hit rate. Studies on finger flexibility and shooting can bring important influence on China basketball shooting skill study.Using a specialized finger flexibility exercises while combining shooting, its purpose is to make shooting hand finger flexibility increases slow ball shot time increased ball angular velocity, thereby improving shooting rate. The subjects of this experimental study are the20students in men’s basketball teams in Xi’an Physical Education University, who are up to more than two national athletes (including two grade).Subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group of10people. The experimental group employed training method of finger flexibility and shooting, while the control group used the general shooting training. This article uses the literature consultation, specialist interview, experiments, questionnaire and mathematical statistics. According to the training principle, experimental subjects have received training for two months. Before and after the experiment the shooting (free-throw shooting, three mark ball shooting),3perceptual indexes (knuckles sensitivity, stability of hand, finger grip accuracy) and the index finger, middle finger to active and passive state of test, we have tested the experimental results in the independent sample T and got the following conclusion:1. The rate of shooting of both experimental and control group has increased, and there is difference between two groups. Before and after the experiment, the rate of shooting of the control group has changed and there is difference. Before and after the experiment, the rate of shooting of the experimental group has changed and there is very significance difference.2. The three indicators:finger joint sensitivity, stability of hand, finger grip accuracy change both in the experimental and control group, of which the last two indexes have significant difference and the finger joint sensitivity does not change significantly. Judging by the theory, the changes in finger joint sensitivity greatly take a long time, because in a relatively short time to change the finger joint sensitivity index s is not realistic.3. Before and after the experiments, the three indexes of finger joint sensitivity. stability of hand and the accuracy of fingers grip of the control group all change, but no significant difference is notices. Before and after the experiment, the knuckles sensitivity, stability of hand, and accuracy of finger grip of the experimental group also changes, of which the last two indicators have certain difference, and finger joint sensitivity index shows no significant difference. Because the force of ball on the finger force so that the passive joint bending in the active force out. Increase ball action time extend the working process, the last in the ball from the hand more accurately perceive the ball and control of hand movement, thereby improving the rate of shooting.4. Thus the finger flexibility exercises and shooting practice can improve the shooting hit rate and some perception ability. Therefore, through strengthening finger flexibility exercises on extended shots adjusting time improve shooting method is feasible.
