The road managing the schools, teacher-centered, fully implement the education policy, improve education quality, lies in teachers. The status of teachers, a school an important part of overall strength, is to promote quality education in the basic guarantee.The future of our cause, sustainable development of the school, all depend on the construction of young teachers. Therefore, to enhance the training of young teachers in secondary schools, building a excellent idea, business skills, ability to complete teachers, to meet the real needs of education, to achieve sustainable development of the school, has important practical significance and far-reaching historical significance.In this paper, Team Building of Middle School Young Teachers as research topics, to Huangpi Area, for example, I take the survey-based quantitative, qualitative case interviews, supplemented by a wide range of literature-based research methods, in-depth understanding and analysis of the secondary status of the construction of young teachers. Teachers in the building has been the widespread attention to research issues. In all previous studies, most attention is the construction of university teachers or primary school teachers, and secondary education in the education process of the particular stage, determines the secondary school teachers and primary school teachers and university has its own different places. And secondary school teachers because of their young age and the natural life of the times,there are some of the characteristics of its own.This paper is divided into three parts to write school construction status of young teachers, problems and issues raised against the corresponding countermeasures. The first part is the introduction, a brief introduction to the purpose and significance of this study, research status, the definition of concepts, research methods and ideas and case selection reasons. The second part, through surveys, interviews and site visits and other methods to arrive at Huangpi District Secondary School, knowing academic qualifications of young teachers, professional identity, status and education level of the problems. The third part of the analysis of the status quo, based on the proposed improvements measures and recommendations. First, strengthen teacher professional ideals and ethics, to guide young teachers to establish a school dedicated to education values. Second, young school teachers reinforce the theoretical knowledge base and improve education and degree level. Third, to strengthen secondary education and teaching young people basic skills, teacher training. Fourth, improve the treatment of teachers, improve teacher work, study and living conditions, long-term to attract talented people from education, from teaching for life. Fifth, actively create the environment for people to grow.Because I is limited, there are many imperfections in my paper. I would urge teachers criticism and only hope to initiate in order to promote the school to increase efforts to train young teachers, so that more young teachers become excellent education talents together for the country education, contribute to a strength and wisdom.
